The West Fork FFA recently returned from the 85th Iowa FFA State Leadership Conference after a couple of successful days of Service, Leadership, and Agricultural Advocacy. While at the conference the students took part in learning about spreading the positive role of Agriculture in the world, competing in contests, packing meals for the hungry, and learning how to become better leaders for the West Fork Community School District. During the Iowa FFA SLC the chapter took home the following awards:

Silver in the Supreme National Chapter
Silver in the Farm Business Management: Zach Greimann, Cody Grant, Colton Rowe, and Ethan Meints
Bronze in Team Agricultural Sales: Steven Follmuth, Peyton Perkins, Andrea Reed, and Taylor Ohrt
Silver in the Greenhadn Quiz: Kailey Uhde
Bronze in the Greenhand Quiz: Cailey Weaver
SAE/AgEd Publicity Award: Anne Jorgensen
Journalism Award: Anne Jorgensen
